AzurMind is subject to an ongoing enrichment programme with a view to both service new vertical markets and enhance the functionality of existing modules. In addition to the above, all AzurMind applications are built on one foundation that provides a common environment for user interface, security, access rights assignment, search engine, data export and information rendering and dissemination. AzurMind is a windows application. It can run in a client / server environment as well as in a terminal server environment. The database used is Microsoft SQL Server 2000 (or newer version). We recommend a connected infrastructure where all users are connected to a server. AzurMind can be accessed via a LAN, WAN or via the Internet.

Training
Complete training sessions on all our solutions and business modules are available on demand. The training format can be flexible: on site or at FRCI premises, group training or one-to-one tutoring or specific training for users and/or administrators. Special training can also be scheduled on demand.

Implementation
Our team of professional engineers focuses on delivering a seamless implementation of our solutions. Our team works hand in hand with the customer to install, deploy and integrate each module of our systems. An implementation plan is set up, during which we provide:
