| Our Approach |
- Evaluation of training needs of employees: definition of training objectives and analysis of individual needs via questionnaires or face to face interviews.
- Proposal of a training plan based on findings and taking into consideration each employees' responsibilities, skill level, objectives and training needs.
- Planning of training: Flexible schedule to allow all employees to follow the required courses without hindering the work flow and the company's operations.
- Coordination with the Human Resource department for administrative purposes such as HRDC refunds
- Prior to the training sessions, our trainer visits the company to better understand the client's activities and discuss the employees' training expectations, in order to ensure the training and practical exercices are adapted to the job realities of each employee.
- Personal coaching sessions are also available for top level management.
- At the end of all training sessions, a report is submitted to the client including evaluation of training and recommendations.
