We are specialists in Microsoft technologies and desktop training. Our in-house trainers are all Microsoft Certified Applications Specialist (MCAS) Masters (Office 2007). Our training centre is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for learning solutions since 2007.

To complement our offer and ensure high-quality content and courses in a variety of expertise areas, we have established partnerships with other leading international organisations, such as SkillSoft, Adobe, WestconAfrica, Symantec, Torque IT, Knowledge Cube, BETA Group and Thomson & Reuters.

Customised Training Programs
We propose to enterprises customised training strategies for their business needs. We conduct an analysis of training needs amongst employees, give recommendations and propose a training plan; then we implement the training plan taking into consideration workforce constraints and business realities. We accompany the organisation throughout the training period, with timetable adjustments, HRDC refunds and post-evaluation. Individual courses can also be tailor made for managers' needs.

'A la carte' Training
Throughout the year we have a number of courses organised. Our popular Microsoft Office courses are held every month with varying topics in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Project and Publisher. Also, we regularly welcome experts, both local and international, in diverse fields to deliver training on specific high-demand topics such as VMWare, risk management, market timing, Crystal reports, Symantec, ITIL, relationship selling, Windows 7...

MQA Approved Training Centre
Nuclei is an MQA Approved Training Centre since 1989. The Mauritius Qualifications Authority (MQA) and the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) support quality training for Mauritian organisations to ensure effective development of local human resources. Blended Learning Concept
This modern concept blends in different modes of training to allow greater flexibility around working hours. E-learning material complements in-class courses and allows practice, follow-up and evaluation of progress online. Our elearning courses are offered in partnership with Skillsoft, international leader in online training content.
