- Assist Manager in day-to-day activities.
- Prepare quotations, ordering and invoices
- Follow up quotations sent to customers and provide feedback to Manager.
- Handle all requests, claims and complaints; resolve issues in a quick and efficient manner and follow up to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
- Respond and follow up sales and inquiries by mail and telephone.
- Follow up on payment from customers.
- HSC level qualifications (Accounting or mathematics as main)
- Experience in general business and administrative office procedures.
- Customer service oriented.
- Fully proficient in written and spoken English and French and computer literate.
