Administrative Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Manager in day-to-day activities.
  • Prepare quotations, ordering and invoices
  • Follow up quotations sent to customers and provide feedback to Manager.
  • Handle all requests, claims and complaints; resolve issues in a quick and efficient manner and follow up to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
  • Respond and follow up sales and inquiries by mail and telephone.
  • Follow up on payment from customers.

EXPERIENCE

  • HSC level qualifications (Accounting or mathematics as main)
  • Experience in general business and administrative office procedures.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Fully proficient in written and spoken English and French and computer literate.
  • Multi-tasking.
