HR Manager


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support the management and staff of FRCI of companies in achieving their strategic and operational objectives. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and practices to secure and retain high-caliber staff while promoting a culture of excellence and equal opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and practices aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Develop and execute employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Establish and maintain employee relations programs to foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns or grievances.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, conflict resolution, and employee development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures, with knowledge of current labour laws and regulations.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and other HR-related tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
