As an Office Attendant, your duties may include:
- Maintaining meeting rooms: You will be responsible for ensuring that the meeting rooms are clean and well maintained. This includes arranging the furniture and making sure that all necessary supplies are available.
- Managing the kitchen: you may be responsible for dishwashing, making coffee or tea for staff and clients.
- Serving clients: As an office attendant, you may also be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate meeting room or office, and answering any questions they may have.
- Back up at reception: You may also be required to back up the receptionist, answering phone calls, greetings visitors and performing other administrative duties as needed.
