Position overview:


As the Project Lead Developer, you will be at the forefront of our most exciting initiatives,
working with a talented team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
You will be responsible for driving project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring that
our projects meet the highest standards of excellence. This unique opportunity will give you

  • Take ownership of the project's technical vision, goals, and overall strategy.
  • Lead the development team in translating project requirements into technical solutions.
  • Define and prioritize tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure the team's adherence to
    project timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements and
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to the development team, making informed
    decisions on architecture, design, and technology stack.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and promote best practices to maintain code
    quality and consistency.
  • Facilitate transfer of knowledge to the customer through training sessions along with
    documentation to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of implemented solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their concerns and optimizing solutions as and when required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure solutions remain
    innovative and competitive.
  • Proactively engage in self-learning and professional development to enhance skills and



1. Education

  • At least a bachelor’s degree/master’s in computer science, Software Engineering, or related


2. Experience

  • At least 5 years of proven work experience in software development with expertise in
    multiple programming languages and technologies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business development tools
  • Proven track record of creating and fostering partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and business process optimization would be a definite
