Position overview:
We are looking for our Licensing & Tools Business Unit, a Tech Enthusiast who has a broad understanding of various technology domains, including hardware, software, digital tools, and emerging trends. The Tech Enthusiast will play a key role in staying up to date with trend & innovation. Research, testing, and implementing new technologies to drive innovation & enhance productivity will also form part of the key responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and breakthroughs by conducting extensive research through credible sources, forums, blogs, and reputable tech communities.
- Test and evaluate new technologies, software applications, gadgets, and digital tools to gain first and experience and comprehend their features, functionalities, and potential benefits.
- Communicate insights and expertise with others through diverse channels such as presentation, proof of concept, or participating in online discussions and forums dedicated to technology.
- Act as a technology advocate by promoting the adoption and utilisation of innovative technologies, showcasing their practicality, and highlighting their potential to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality of life.
- Maintain a mindset of continuous learning & Development, keeping up with the rapidly evolving tech landscape, and proactively updating knowledge and skills to stay at the forefront of technological advancements.
Requirements:
1. Education
- At least a bachelor’s degree in information technology or any related field.
- Certifications in relevant technologies would be a definite advantage. (Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator)
2. Experience
- At least 2 years of proven work experience in a similar role.
3. Skills
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technological concepts in a clear, engaging, and relatable manner.
- Strong research and analytical skills to gather information, assess technologies, and identify key insights.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to assist others in technical matters.
- Adaptability and agility in acquiring knowledge about new technologies and staying updated.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online collaboration would be a definite advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
