- Sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers
- Fully understanding customer’s needs and requirements
- Providing advice about the advantages of particular software, services, equipment or products(Security & Cloud)
- Persuading potential customers to purchase products, leading price negotiations and closing sales
- Advising customers of updates and new technologies
- Being familiar with competitors' activities and products
Qualification & Experience:
- University degree in IT or any related field.
- Experience in security and cloud.
- Dynamic, Motivated, Pleasant and extrovert personality, Enthusiastic and Customer service oriented with an efficient and businesslike approach.
- Fully computer literate and highly proficient in written and spoken English and French
