Customer profile

BrandActiv is a leading importer and distributer of fast-moving consumer goods based in Mauritius. It was created in 2011 following the merger of IBL Consumer Goods and IBL Frozen Foods and delivers a wide range of customers.

Summary

BrandActiv, a Mauritian-based importer and distributor faced problems with its IT platform when it was created following the merger of two other companies. The legacy infrastructures were inflexible and inconsistent so it turned to IT consultancy FRCI. To ensure greater efficiency as well as integrate the two platforms, FRCI implemented a raft of Microsoft technologies. Combining them with business intelligence they created a mobile-driven sales force that enables real-time insight and an IT platform that is defined by operational flexibility leading to better performance and increased sales.
