What challenges or problems were you facing before using our solution?

As GPO continued to grow, we sought smarter ways to scale our training and onboarding processes. Previously, much of the work was done on Excel, requiring more resources and time. By adopting a digital solution, we’ve been able to streamline our efforts, reduce resource load, and gain better visibility into employee development — all while maintaining our standards and agility.

PO Limited chose TalentLMS, provided by FRCI, for its user-friendly interface, real-time tracking features, SCORM/xAPI compatibility, and ability to integrate various multimedia content. Its intuitive design enabled quick adoption, while gamification elements boosted learner engagement. Certification management and compliance are now centralized and automated. 

 

How was the implementation process? Was it smooth?

The implementation took place in several stages: launch via the TalentLibrary, training of internal administrators, integration of CrossKnowledge content, and then the development of custom modules. FRCI’s support played a key role in ensuring the HR teams’ autonomy and skills development.

What are the key benefits your company has experienced since using our solution? 

 

Its flexibility, advanced tracking features, mobile compatibility, and strong cost-effectiveness. The solution adapts to the needs of multicultural teams and provides a solid foundation for a sustainable, company-wide learning strategy.  

 

Since the implementation of the eLearning platform, the company has seen clear and consistent progress in both adoption and learner engagement: 

  • 1,423 internal courses have been created, ensuring training content is tailored to business needs.

  • The platform currently supports 484 active users, a 34% increase compared to 2021 (362 users). 

  • A total of 7,764 training assignments have been issued, with 6,180 completions, resulting in a solid completion rate of 79.6%.  

This momentum has helped professionalize learning paths, streamline onboarding, and ensure full traceability of skills — all while reducing reliance on in-person sessions.
